To improve the performance of existing HEPA/ULPA filter in FFU applications, ChemSorb Pleated Chemical Filter are combined with HEPA/ULPA filters for better performance and cost saving. In doing so, better utilization of carbon filter surfaces and lower overall pressure drop were achieved
