ChemSorb chemical filter, panel or V-cell type, has very high carbon (CTC 85) loading and is designed for applications in critical manufacturing industries, such as Semiconductors/TFT LCD, for the removal of low level concentrations (ppb) of AMC's - VOC's, IPA, PGME, PGMEA, NOx, SOx, H2S, DMS, Nitric HMDS, NH3, NMP, Ozone. They have versatile designs to combat VOCs, Acids & Bases in a combined filter or separate filters.
    Operating cost with high pressure drop is a heavy burden to fab as the electricity cost is getting higher. The 3D-structure of ChemSorb's underlying media promises lower pressure drop, and makes ChemSorb the filter of choice as it consumes less electricity to operate and, thereby, saves more cost.
